Amplifying the Needs of Caregivers

Nov 04, 2022 8:05 PM (ET)

How do we create space for discussion on the barriers that come with caregiving as someone in the African American/Black community and the systemic change that needs to happen for better outcomes after a loved one’s diagnosis? In this session, a panel of caregivers and providers will facilitate a conversation to explore the needs of African American/Black Cancer Caregivers and identify the financial and emotional gaps in support. Come share your experience and meet peers as we discuss these pressing issues and the solutions for change that are long overdue.

*Note: This meeting will be recorded. Participants can engage with the session as much as they are comfortable, i.e. turning on their video and/or unmuting themselves to speak.
